Ground Veal, Veal Demi (Carrots, celery, onions, tomato paste (tomatoes, water, citric acid, salt), leeks, and bay leaves), Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato sauce, Fresh Thyme, Fresh Oregano, Flour Canola Oil, White Wine, and Salt and Pepper.


Heat pouch in boiling water or simmer on stovetop. Plate atop pasta. It can also be used in house made lasagna, grilled eggplant Napoleons, or whatever culinary application you come up with.

Onions are sweated in oil


Salt, thyme and oregano are added, followed by high quality Le Québécois ground veal.  The veal is browned, and the pan is deglazed with Le Québécois veal demi-glace and white wine.

Crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce are added to finish the sauce.


When finished, the Le Québécois Heat & Plate Veal Bolognese is packaged in sous vide bags, blast chilled and flash-frozen to ensure safety and quality.
