Many prepared foodservice options involve frying, either in the originating kitchen or prior to service.  Consumers are on the lookout for healthier alternatives that do not sacrifice flavor.  Le Québécois Heat & Plate Products are hearty, satisfying, and prepared using lower fat, traditional cooking methods.  In most dishes, the veal is first seared to develop extra flavor, and then braised or slow roasted until falling off the bone tender. 

We use real, fresh, whole ingredients to ensure that the final product you receive is of the highest quality.

Less Raw Product in Your Kitchen for Improved Food Safety

All Le Québécois Heat & Plate Products are produced in a USDA inspected commissary kitchen, not a factory.  All operations are overseen by professional chefs trained extensively in sanitation and food safety. 

Blast chillers are used to rapidly drop our products to safe storage temperatures as soon as they have finished cooking.  They are then transported to a commercial blast freezing facility, ensuring a high-quality product and further improving food safety.

We deliver a safe product to you in a form that can be easily reheated to order, allowing you to avoid many of the sanitation pitfalls associated with raw and perishable product in restaurant kitchens.
