Le Québécois Veal Brisket, Thyme, Bay Leaves, Canola Oil, Salt and Pepper.


Defrost in the cooler or by submerging the pouch in cold running water. Reheat by boiling the pouch or baking brisket in a hotel pan covered with tin foil at 350 degrees until heated through.

Serve hot with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable. Slice and use in sandwiches with mayonnaise, aioli, barbeque sauce, or with Le Québécois Veal Demi-Glace on the side for the ultimate French dip sandwich.

Le Québécois Veal Briskets are first seared in canola oil and lightly seasoned with salt & pepper.


Then they are transferred to sous vide bags with thyme and bay leaves and braised sous vide overnight.

When finished they are blast chilled in their sous vide bags and commercially flash frozen to ensure safety and quality.
